Context: People on the internet are talking about how privileged they are to be using the word "clean" to mean "sober."
Mom: Tell them to get a job, then they'll have less time to spend being assholes. Maybe we should go back to manual labor so that people are tired at the end of the day. No, actually, tell them that your mother, the addict, says they should shut up and stop worrying about it. Addicts don't worry about, we're too busy worrying about getting high.
